Here's how it works: We connect our SMS and Whatsapp chatbots directly to your CRM. Our AI is analyzing your text and voice messages, extracting CRM updates. Then, we automatically send those updates to your CRM.

In 5 to 10 seconds you will see a new contact George Levin and a new deal “Hints” in your pipeline. 

Now, let’s update this deal and log a note, a task, and a call:

• Send a note to Hints: "The meeting went great." 

• Send a task to Hints: "Call George on Friday at 5 pm." 

• Log a call to Hints: "Yesterday at 3 pm."

Open the deal and you will see a new note, task and a logged call. 

You can also do the same through WhatsApp. By the way, we integrated Whisper into WhatsApp voice-to-text. It’s a speech recognition system that works better than the built-in one. It understands all languages and accents.
