You will need an existing contact and deal in your CRM to follow these steps.

  1. To update a deal, send a voice message specifying the deal, the field, and the new value. For example, say "Update the conference field in the Sam Rosen deal to Inbound 2023."

  2. After you send the message, the Hints bot will process your command and send a confirmation with a link to the updated deal.

  3. In your CRM, you will see the Conference field has been updated with the new value.

  1. To update a contact's details, send a text message. For example, to add an email address to the contact you were just working with, type "his email is sam@ibm.com".

  2. Send the message. The bot will confirm that it has updated the contact's email address.

  3. Check the contact record in your CRM to verify the change. The new email address will now be visible.
